One of our favorite Dallas restaurants now has an outpost in Fort Worth.  Tillman’s Roadhouse is one of the most creative concepts around, not surprising since decorator Rob Dailey and party planner Todd Fiscus were both involved in creating its Twin Peaks-chic (and by that I mean the old TV show…aging myself here) atmosphere.  These guys know the delivery is in the details and they succeeded in creating a rock star roadhouse with a cool bar and even cooler playlist.  From the wood animal heads to the taxidermy peacocks from the Elvis memorobilia to the giant crystal chandeliers, it all adds up to a unique dining experience and a good time.  And that’s not even mentioning the creativity found on the menu (don’t miss the skillet cornbread or the family style s’mores) or on the servers…they wear custom belts that can open a bottle of beer.  www.tillmansroadhouse.com
